200L Drums and IBC Drums Share Automatic Chemical Additive Filling Machine

Process Flow:

This machine is specially designed for the liquid packaging of 200Lx4 drums/t&IBC drums and intelligent packaging system. The use of visual search, can achieve 200L drums, IBC drums automatic cover opening, automatic diving, automatic fast and slow filling, automatic leakage, automatic sealing screw cap and other whole process automatic packaging.

The equipment has the functions of alarm mechanism, fault display, prompt processing scheme and so on.

The filling line has the function of interlock protection for the whole line, the filling of missing drums automatically stops, and the filling of drums automatically resumes when they are in place.

The machine is a fully enclosed outer cover, with a pressurization interface, which can micro-pressurize the inside of the equipment and reduce the external gas entering the inside of the equipment.

Visual positioning system

Vision: Industrial intelligent camera is installed in the visual case. The coordinate position parameters of the barrel mouth are measured by the intelligent camera, and the PLC controls the coordinate moving system to align the filling gun with the barrel mouth. Three-dimensional coordinate moving system: using guide rail system and decelerating motor.
