The filling machine part uses the environmental protection outer frame, can be windowing. The electrical control part of the machine is composed of PLC programmable controller, weighing module, etc., which has strong control ability and high degree of automation. It has the functions of no barrel filling, no filling at the mouth of the barrel, avoiding the waste and pollution of materials, and making the mechatronics of the machine perfect.

The working principle of weighing is used to control the filling quantity. When filling, the programmable controller PLC controls the opening time of the filling valve, and the material flows into the container to be loaded (or fed through the pump) by itself.

The equipment has weighing and feedback system, which can set and adjust the filling amount of fast and slow filling.

The touch screen can simultaneously display the current time, equipment operating status, filling weight, cumulative output and other functions.

The equipment has the functions of alarm mechanism, fault display, prompt processing scheme and so on.

The filling line has the function of interlock protection for the whole line, the filling of missing drums automatically stops, and the filling of drums automatically resumes when they are in place.
