● Automatic control system

The whole assembly line can be composed of multiple PLC systems, which can be controlled independently and interlocked with each other. ● Material level control system

Filling level tank level control and adjustment system can realize automatic control function. The filling tank level is displayed in real time, and the intake valve is automatically controlled according to the level of the tank level, and the alarm is given when the level is high or low. The following data can be queried on site/remotely: current filling speed, filling accuracy, filling quantity, etc. (including but not limited to filling quantity, standard deviation in the filling process, actual deviation of each filling (head) station, real-time weight of each filling head and each filling beat, fault record, etc.). ● Filling system

The filling head has the function of coarse and fine filling, the initial slow filling, the collision pressure between the material and the barrel wall is small without splashing, and then the rapid filling to ensure the filling efficiency, and the slow filling to ensure the filling accuracy at the end. The cutting pipe is made of stainless steel high temperature resistant hose, and the joints are connected with quick fitting joints to ensure easy disassembly.
